7-2 sew day with student volunteers

Wow, it’s hard to believe it is July already and the year is half over.  We had Millikan High students Generations Club come help us sew today. They worked on Magic 9 patch. As you’ll see we also have several other new patterns we tried. AND, notice our new fundraiser QOV magnet available for only $8.00 (the center punches out for another smaller magnet). I used sample fabrics to do the bright summertime quilt. And I used scraps to do the rainbow Marimba Matchsticks. Lori did the wolf quilt and the Shabby Fabrics Standing Strong pattern. I also did the last one the blue & green batiks which was made from a Tonga Treat and Skip a Beat pattern.DSCN6251 DSCN6252 DSCN6253 DSCN6254 DSCN6255 DSCN6256 DSCN6257 DSCN6258 DSCN6259 DSCN6260 DSCN6261 DSCN6262 DSCN6263 DSCN6264 DSCN6265
