7-31 Month End Sewing Major Accomplishment

Wow, were we busy this month–we made more quilts than ever.  We did a grand total of 67 quilts this month.  Whoo Hoo!  (16 just today)  Now to find long arm quitlers to do the almost 100 we have ready.  Here are today’s entries.  Kathy started assembling the quilt for her husband, and her daughter helped Lori make a purple double slice quilt (Missouri Star Quilt Co tutorial).

As you can see, I have several of the disappearing pinwheel quilts from the same brown plaids, just different background colors and different layouts.  Amazing that they don’t look alike!   (free tutorial from Missouri Star Quilt).  The Amish Zipper Quilt (like the Buttercream Twist pattern) was made from samples given to us by Norbert.  #2851 is also a tutorial from Missouri Star Quilt–the disappearing hourglass….notice I switched colors on two of the blocks!
